Hollywood’s heartthrob and pop star Justin Bieber spoke about his struggles with drug addiction and its usage on his YouTube series.
He continued by saying that he once feared he might die due to drug overdose, for which his security team was always high on alert. They use to come during the night and would keep checking his pulse along with his breathing.
The 25-year-old pop star candidly shared his story on his YouTube series about the experience with hallucinogenic mushrooms and his pre-drinking ecstasy.
Justin also added that during the lowest point in his life, he would swallow pills and smoke cannabis immediately after he woke up from sleep.
However, this is not the first time when you get to see Justin talking about his bad decisions and issues that he experienced when he was younger.
Further, into the story, he went onto reveal that he became very much dependent on cannabis after he started smoking at the age of 13.
The hard drugs kept following him as he kept struggling to walk hand-in-hand with the pressure that came along with his fame.
Justin also declared that he used to intake the cough syrup and soft drink combination, which goes by the name “lean”, which is commonly taken by numerous rappers.
Bieber believed that by taking drugs it would allow him to escape into the unknown, and away from his life. He also added that he was young, and new doors were open in front of him allowing him to try out new things.
Without hesitation, he went with the flow and experimented with things that accompany the phase of growing up, which the rest of the world usually does.
Justin Bieber along with his wife Hailey launched the YouTube series in January and he has been active ever since. He provided stories about all the struggles and suffering he experienced because of drug addiction in his last video.
