Thievery is harder than it seems. In order to thrive in this ‘work’ domain, one should have a number of qualities including dexterity, courage, and shrewdness, just to name a few.
An extraordinary capacity to handle stress caused by the constant fear of being caught is also a major requirement.
And what all those crime seasons teach us, a thief must always come prepared with a handy plan – one they can easily amend anytime in accordance with the changing situation.
In case, a thief comes unprepared, they have to undergo what the fella in this video went through.
The poor guy ended up with a broken leg in a failed attempt to open the entrance gate of a house in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
A CCTV camera installed at the entrance of the property captured the entire incident.
In order to sneak in the home, he crouched down on the floor in an attempt to open its large gate. After thoroughly inspecting the gate, he started pulling it with his crowbar.
But things didn’t go as planned, and the heavy gate instantly smashed on him, leaving him with painful injuries.
The man tried to stand up but instead of rising from the floor, he stumbled to the ground. It was when he realized that he had broken his right leg.
Seems that the law violator was punished by karma for his wrongdoing.
Luckily, for the housebreaker, there was no one in the home – well, except for a dog who played his part in making the situation worse for him.
As the animal angrily headed toward the thief, he somehow managed to escape using just one of his legs.
We have seen a number of failed stealing attempts on the internet but this one showing the man getting instant punishment for his action is truly one of its kind.
Turns out, thieves nowadays are getting a hard time everywhere, not just in Vietnam.
Just recently, a video showing a lady chasing down a thief went viral.
The woman not only managed to catch the thief red-handed but she also kept holding her tightly until the police arrived at the scene.
