Many people wonder if there is an afterlife, and if so, what it would look like.
For those who believe in God, heaven is a concept that they are extremely familiar with. However, at the same time, heaven is a place that they know nothing about.
Although we can only imagine what it would be like, an artist named Akiane Kramarik has been gaining attention all over the world because she says that she saw visions of heaven.
She was first introduced to the world as a child prodigy, who began sketching when she was 4. And when she started to paint by the age of 6, many people were simply amazed by her works.
However, the fact that this child is able to paint amazing pictures is not the reason why people are so fascinated by her drawings.
What intrigues them the most is where her inspiration comes from: Visions of God.
She says that she began “experiencing vivid impressions about invisible realms” by the age of four, and started to “express them through art utilizing whatever medium was found on hand: candles, lipsticks, fruits, vegetables, charcoal or pencils.”
Her parents were surprised when their little girl told them that she had dreams and visions from God, because they never mentioned God to her. Being atheists, Akiane’s parents never discussed anything in relation to religion.
So just imagine how they reacted when a 3-year-old began explaining her colorful dreams about heaven and Jesus.
Akiane’s works were so amazing that they were even introduced and shared by Oprah Winfrey on her show when she was just nine-years-old.
Now, as a 20-year-old artist, Akiane still continues to paint about what she saw, which are breathtakingly beautiful.
