Footage of a mother dog who refused to let her premature pups out of her sight is winning the Internet.
Kuma, a 4-year-old chihuahua, is going viral on the Internet as she watches over her premature pups inside the incubator.’
On April 20, Kuma went into labor early and gave birth to three puppies in Bangkok, Thailand. Two of them were very weak and needed extra care so, they were put in an incubator in the vet’s office.
But, Kuma didn’t want to let her pups out of her sight. In the video, Kuma can be seen standing on a green stool and staring lovingly at her newborn babies.
The father of the puppies, Sour Pork, can also be seen in a floral shirt. He can be seen sitting calmly as Kuma watches over the pups.
Later that day, the three pups went their home to join eight other dogs at their owner’s home.
The owner said: “They’re so cute. We love having them at home. Kuma was just watching her puppies like a nurse. She kept checking on them.”
