Tim Tebow is never seen shy about how faithful he is towards the beliefs of God and how it affects his everyday life.
From praying right in front of the public to writing John 3:16, he consistently acted his faith out and in public. In the recent FB video, this man has shared some great encouragement on the primary purpose of ‘the dash’!
Talking about ‘the dash’, it represents every moment spent from birth till death. And traditionally speaking, it is represented by a dash on the tombstone.
However, in accordance with what he has claimed, it is so much more than just being a ‘dash’.
According to Tebow, while the dash only represents just the people, it doesn’t refer to the individual persons, for your life is not just about you. And if it were, it would already have been meaningless and worthless.
Tebow refers to the inspiring stories from the Bible which reminds him that Jesus has stated that if you really wish to be filled up, you have to serve. And if you wish to get what you really want then you are supposed to give wholeheartedly.
And when you wish to impact the dash in your life, then you will need to look outwards instead of looking inward. The meaning of the dash is not how you impact your life, but how you can impact others’ lives.
The conclusion is pretty inspiring where he quotes Matthew 22:37, 39 words – you must love God with all your soul, heart, and mind. At the same time, you shall also care for your neighbors as you do for yourself.
It is because of the Bible that he has learned so much about the teaching of God. And now that he knows how to care for others in the same manner, he claims that God is showing him to look outward and not get afraid of whatsoever happens in life.
