Our parents can go to any extent to make sure that we are safe and sound.
They go to sleep only in the hope that they will see us the next day. And when we are out of their sight for a moment, they most probably freak out. When it comes to parenting, moms are the one who cares the most. Mothers are possessive about their children as they are the ones who carried us in their womb for nine months and look after us until we reach a certain age. Thus, an emotional bond between a mother and her children is very strong.
I bet you can’t go out of your home without telling your mother where are you going. You can imagine what will be the look on her face when you are gone for hours without informing her. She will be freaked and angry at the same time. She will not go to sleep until you are asleep, she is always praying for our wellness.

Imagine the scenario when a mom learns about her son gone missing. It is every mother’s worst nightmare, but unfortunately, it became true for Chelsea Noble. Chelsea’s toddler son William Odom disappeared overnight without any trace from his home in Harrison County.
It was turning out to be a pleasant morning for Chelsea but when she found out that her son William is not in his room, her world turned upside down. She searched the house thoroughly, shouted his name loudly but he was gone.
She called the police, an extensive search team was gathered to search the little boy. They didn’t want to miss out anything, so they searched for William by air and ground. K9s were called and a special task unit was arranged by the authorities. After several hours of searching in the woods, they discovered mysterious tracks leading across the river.
Yes, Tracks! William was not alone. The authorities not only found the footprints of 2-year old William but there was another set of footprints. They were now even more worried. It was something that the missing toddler’s family wasn’t eager to find. Chelsea’s heart stopped pumping when heard about it.

The situation seemed like getting worse as hours were passed and there was no trace of the toddler or that mysterious person. It was speculated that it is undoubtedly a case of kidnapping because ‘second footprints’ sounds menacing.
The conclusion was made that either someone is stalking William as he tried to run or someone is leading him into the woods on purpose. It is very scary especially for a mom as she knows that her little man is not alone. William was diagnosed with autism and this made Chelsea even more worried as she knows that her son will not shout for help even if he wants to.
Missing person’s cases are handled in a different manner and it becomes more complex when there is more than one individual involved. The search became desperate and the second footprints were their only clue to finding William. No matter what the authorities did, the number of k9 units they employed, the ATV teams and the wildlife and fisheries agents weren’t able to find William.
Who actually did manage to find some clue about William was a 10-year old boy named Blake. He was usually dropped off from his school bus. he wasn’t aware of the fact that a tiny toddler in his area went missing. But what he did find amusing was his uncle’s old truck blaring horns.

When Blake and his uncle came across the abandoned Nissan Frontier, they found a stray dog barking at the driver’s side. They were stunned to find out that little William was sleeping on the driver’s seat. He was still wearing his diapers, they immediately called the police.
It is believed that William went out for this expedition on his own and for the second footprints, it was no one but William’s pawy friend, the stray pooch. Jezebel, William’s furry friend was the one who embarked with him on his little journey.
