How often have you seen a child angry? What, do children even get angry? If this is what you are asking in return then the answer is yes.
Most of the time they get angry, cry a little and then everything is back to normal but this little fellow had a different way to express his anger and it definitely was something people her age never does.

It seems like she had presumed herself as grown and then he got into a heated argument with her father were, in fact, her father and mother were both quiet and the toddler (who does not properly know how to speak btw) kept screaming with no visible end to it.
The parents of the angry child stood there just look at the baby and making a video of him while the baby who does not know how to speak right, keeps arguing in all the vowels and consonants she knew and she could speak.
Although her words made no sense but her expression and his tone made it very clear that the baby is so mad at something and she is teaching her parents how they have been really bad and maybe she is going to punish him like they might punish him at some point of time when she probably is grown-up kid.
Have you ever seen your kid in anger? Well, it is a natural human feeling and they are ought to get angry but kids this young do not tend to express it out like this young champ.
Kids are not supposed to feel this negative emotion to a high extent and thus it is the parent’s responsibility.
