The famous star Tom Holland, who is known for his role as Spiderman, has asked Marvel Cinematic universe if they can have more LGBTQ actors in the team.
Even after everything is legal, the LGBTQ white gay people still face some problems in adjusting to the environment around them.
Tom said that he doesn’t know anything about the future characters he will be playing, and also it won’t be his decision, but he says that there is a great future for Marvel as the group will present a lot of different people in future.
He also says that nothing is easy and simple for the gay white guys, and the movies should show more about one type of person.
The producers from Marvel Universe, Kevin Feige, and Victoria Alonso said that they would come with some changes after being criticized for not having enough number of LGBTQ people in the team.
Though the Marvel series included Grieving Man in the latest Avengers movie, who spoke about the man he was dating. The step didn’t help Marvel as the LGBTQ activists didn’t take this step in a good sense.
Charles Pullman wrote that the situation wasn’t clear as the inclusion of Grieving man was taken as inconsequential, and it doesn’t make it a creative idea.
After the whole situation, Marvel Producer said that Grieving man is not going to be the last LGBTQ character in the franchise as they are thinking of taking in more people who belong from the same type.
He also said that they didn’t have any set intentions on focusing on the character only as we all know that there will be more amazing LGBTQ heroes joining the franchise in the coming future. Zach Barack said that the stories from Marvel have something Trans about them.
