Miko Tagara who is 22 years old it was hard for him to identify his gender.
It was hard for him to wear dresses and even did not like his birth name.

He dislikes his name so much that he has never revealed it. Initially, he was not identified as transgender but in this March he revealed his identity.
His girlfriend Dominique Labuguen always supported him when he started taking testosterone. He wanted to do the physical transition and to aid that physical transition he started taking testosterone.
Tagara was born in Spain but he lived in the Philippines and lived there till 2006. He was able to confront his identity but still, he used to remain depressed. Now he wants to remove his breast tissues surgically and for that matter, he seeks crowdfunding.
Binding is a method that is used to flatten the breasts and for that matter, constrictive materials are used which includes a cloth or bandages. Tagara used to suffer from mental despair while he was having binding. He says that he used it to flatten his breasts just to give them a look of the male chest.
Although this method has helped him to flatten his breast or dysphoria but it has hurt him in a way that causes back pain. Tagara says that he suffers from severe back pain. This has made discomfort to Tagara because when weather changes he feels the pain and when hot weather comes to the experiences displeasure and extreme pain.
Owing to this discomfort and pain he has decided to undergo surgery and for that matter, he started a Go Fund Me campaign and will collect the money needed for his surgery which is 6,650 pounds. He wants to remove the fatty tissues of his surgery and this is called top surgery.
He wants to get money for his surgery as he cannot wait for so long for surgery so he is making plans to have a private surgery by raising funds. But his plan depends on the number of funds collected.
Tagara wants to live the life like other men and says that he also wants to take off his shirt as other men do. On his Go fund me page he says that by undergoing surgery he will get rid of mental pressure and anguish. He further adds that he likes to play and live a normal life and just want to live as other men live without taking care of consciousness.
