“Who is a good boy?” the man asked the turtle as he brought it closer to him for a kiss on the lips.
However, this unlucky animal lover had to learn the hard way that not all animals are man’s best friend, especially when it comes to hugging and occasional smooch.
It is unclear where the video was filmed but it seemed to be in the United States. The man first tried to get a hold of the snapping turtle and wanted to give the wriggling creature a kiss on its snout.
“Who is a good boy?!” he asked of the turtle as he brought it in closer for a peck.
The moment his lips met the turtle’s snout, the adorable creature lunged at him and grabbed onto his lips.
For a second the turtle lingered but the man was able to get out of the creature’s unexpected attack.
He shouted “Ooww!” and looked over the cute yet scary turtle in disbelief at what it did to him.
He doesn’t have any scratches and there are no blood spills, so it is safe to say that the man seems to be uninjured!
