has shared a family picture from their belated Thanksgiving dinner that took place at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
The family dinner took place just hours after the POTUS has returned from Afghanistan where he spent Thanksgiving Day with soldiers.
“Squad goals. Fun dinner with @realdonaldtrump and @FLOTUS last night,” Donald Jr., who attended the occasion with his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle, captioned his Instagram snap. Joining the “fun dinner” were also the FLOTUS as well as Eric Trump and his wife Lara.
“It was great to see him for a belated family dinner because while we all missed him at Thanksgiving he was doing something more important… having dinner with our incredible troops in Afghanistan. Always thankful for family and time spent together,” Donald Jr. added in his post.
As for Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared, they are believed to have spent Thanksgiving together in private. While Ivanka shared a snap of her kids celebrating, the location of the celebration wasn’t revealed.
Speaking of the president’s appearance at Mar-a-Lago, one guest has entrusted DailyMail that people were excited to see Trump upon his return from Afghanistan.
“It was a full house and everyone was happy to see President Trump after his trip. People kept coming up to his table to say hello and wish him and his family a Happy Thanksgiving,” the guest said.
“They all seemed to be in great spirits and enjoying their time together as a family.”
As the anonymous diner added, “Melania, Kimberly and Lara looked stunning” whereas the president “looked great after doing all that travel.”
