President Donald Trump’s Walk of Fame star in Hollywood has been vandalized once more and the culprits got caught on camera.
The incident on Hollywood Boulevard occurred at around 3:40 am when the offenders sprayed the star black and wrote “Putin’s bit*h” across it in white color.
As seen in the footage, the culprits were working in pair, whereas one person was vandalizing the star while the other one was holding a cell phone for light and observing their surroundings.
Only four hours later, the officials have cleaned the star that now appears as shiny as new. Nevertheless, the pictures of the vandalized star have already gone viral and divided the public.
President Trump has got his own star on the Walk of Fame back in 2007. It wasn’t until 2016, when he became the president, however, that people began vandalizing it.
In one instance, a Hollywood street artist decided to lay jail bars across the president’s plaque saying that “the infamous star is caged.”
The artist, who is also known as Plastic Jesus, was disguised in a black hoodie as he was recreating the president’s star by placing bars over it. As the L.A.-based artist explained, he used industrial-strength, instant-drying sticky tape to form his piece of ‘art.’
Plastic Jesus, who believes that the president should serve prison time if he’s guilty of conspiring with Russia during the 2016 presidential election, captioned one of his tweets saying: “Today I put @realDonaldTrump behind bars.”
In another incident, the same artist placed a 6-inch wall with barbed wire on top all around the president’s star to protest against Trump’s call for the U.S. – Mexico border wall.
One time, Trump haters even went as far as supplementing the star with a golden toilet that had “Take a Trump!” written on it.
