During the session, the President also mentioned conspiracy theories about votes being stolen from him and complained the latest election was ‘rigged,’ alleging his rival only gained 80 million votes through ‘massive fraud.’

Trump attempted to overthrow the results by going to court in different states but legal cases are going nowhere as states have started certifying their results.

“Time is not on our side,” he said.

When pressed about whether he would concede once the Electoral College confirms Biden’s win, Trump said: “If they do they made a mistake,” he expressed.

Trump warned that “a lot of things happening between now and January 20th” and the results of the election have a “long way” to go.

The President reiterated a conspiracy theory about machines switching votes from him to his rival. But Dominion Voting Systems said there was no problem with their devices.

“We’re using computer equipment that can be hacked,” he said. “We’re like a third world country. We have machines that nobody knows what the hell they’re looking at. I mean you take a look at all the mistakes they made.”

He added: “This election was a fraud, just so you understand this election was a fraud.”

When asked if he would attend Biden’s inauguration, Trump responded: “I don’t want to say that yet. I mean I know the answer, I’ll be honest, I know the answer, but I just don’t want to say it yet.”
