Grieving Vanessa Bryant was seen posing in front of Kobe and Gianna’s mural together with her three daughters following more than a month after the tragic chopper crash that cost her daughter and her husband their lives.
Taking to a Los Angeles mural of the father and daughter, Vanessa and her three daughters have commemorated their lost family members by taking a picture with the beautiful artwork.
Posting the picture on Instagram, Vanessa added the lyrics of Charlie Chaplin’s ‘Smile’ which received a title and lyrics in 1954 thanks to John Turner and Geoffrey Parsons.
The lyrics of the song remastered by Nat King Cole go as follows:
“Smile though your heart is aching
Smile even though it’s breaking
When there are clouds in the sky, you’ll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You’ll see the sun come shining through for you
Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
That’s the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what’s the use of crying?
You’ll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile
That’s the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what’s the use of crying?
You’ll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile”
Vanessa has also shared a photo of her oldest daughter, 17-year-old Natalia, posing solo with the mural of her late father and sister.
The mural was created based on a sweet photo of Kobe and Gianna taken during an NBA match just two months prior to the accident. In the mural, a golden halo has been added on top of Kobe and Gianna’s heads.
