In present-day life, social media is literally everything to every human.
We have forgotten that virtual life is not real life but what we live in the moments is what is real.
Yes, social media has the option to share pictures but the sole purpose of that was to share the pictures of the memorable moments you have had and not just to go insane to create pictures for social media in the first place.
And what is all that one gets out of it? More and more likes?
Well, if you have to go that way it is better that you walk on that path sane. Taking a picture on the edge of the ocean with a bright shining smile will get you enough likes but it looks like this woman wanted to go to the extremes.
Have you seen how people tend to get cozy with creatures to get pictures for their social media? Well, this woman was doing the same with an octopus and ended up getting injected by its venom.
Jamie Bisceglia was participating in a fishing derby in Washington when she got to hold on an octopus. And rather than keeping it on her head or arms, she decided to place the octopus on her face. I mean who would in their sane mind do such a thing.
She placed the octopus on her face without realizing that it can be venomous. The creature has tentacles woman.
The octopus got a hold on her face and was not ready to let go. She said that the pain was intense and the grip the octopus had was too tight.
She said that in a few minutes she had started bleeding from her face. The octopus had injected her with venom and she only realized this hours later when her throat started swelling up.
She was rushed to the hospital where a doctor with a tattoo of an octopus on his arm treated her.
