Ma Chunyan who stays in Northern China has captured an interesting video of a cicada metamorphosis.
This is the video that was captured in the Xingtai city that is a province of Hebei where you can see how Cicada is stretching its body from the shell.

This jaw dropping video was captured after a wait of 3 hours and has a recording of 85 minutes of the metamorphosis where cicada is seen coming out of the shell spreading its wings.
It is interesting to see the evolution process of an insect. The incredible footage will let you go through the process of metamorphosis of a cicada.
Basically, metamorphosis is a process that naturally occurs in insects with the main aim to develop and change the shells.
There are new attributes and features that show the wings in a new angle. Cicada that is carrying out the natural process of metamorphosis is captured by a woman from China when it is coming out of the shell and showing up its wings.
In the video, you can observe how cicada is stretching its body after it creeps out of the shell. You can see the delight of the insect to see its new appearance and wings.
The woman is waiting with ample patience to record the metamorphosis process for 85 minutes until this insect has managed to release its two wings that actually help it to fly across the globe. This is a delightful moment for the insect as it got the wings to fly.
Metamorphosis is a process that is gone by all the insects and many animals. This is the phase when the insects would undergo development and bodily changes.
Both butterflies and cicadas would change the body during the Metamorphosis phase. There is a sea of change in the appearance of cicadas during this phase where it gets converted from larvae to insects that gets wings to fly.
This insect would change its shell four times in its life to boost the appearance and develop wings.
Though, the cicada is an annoying insect for many, since it produces a lot of noise and disturbs people. The noise of this insect can be heard even from a long distance. However, these do not pose any threat to the environment as they only feed on plants.
