The business has been blooming at a Pakistani restaurant after people have realized that one of their waiters looks just like Tyrion Lannister from Game of Thrones.
24-year-old Rozi Khan has never heard about the popular series until strangers started asking him to take photos with them.
As the waiter from Rawalpindi, Pakistan, soon realized, he looks just like Peter Dinklage who plays one of Game of Thrones’ most beloved characters.
“I don’t mind. A lot of my pictures have been taken, that’s why I have become very famous everywhere,” Rozi said, speaking of his new life as a ‘celebrity.’
“In all of Rawalpindi, wherever I go my pictures are there.”
As it happens, not only Khan’s face but also his miniature stature bears a strong resemblance to the Emmy Award Winner, Mr. Dinklage.
“I want to meet him. I love him very much, he is my friend,” Rozi added. “I like him very much because he is my height so I like him a lot.”
As the waiter revealed in an interview with AFP, the business has been blooming ever since people have learned of his presence at the restaurant.
“When I saw him I was happy,” one customer who visited the place just to see Khan said. “I felt like I had met with Lannister in real life!”
With the last season of Game of Thrones on the horizon, the 24-year-old waiter is bound to receive even more attention. Perhaps, he might even get a visit from his lookalike!
