Most of the stores at Metropolis are just in a hurry to earn more while neglecting the ease and compassion for their customers.
Here dealing with a customer and cashier has marked its intuition on the hearts of millions of people residing in America.
An amazing thing happened in a Walmart store at Clarksdale Mississippi, Walmart when a lady named Spring Bowlin entered the store.
She encountered an elderly man in the checkout lane and was anxious to pay the bill.
He got conscious when his items were scanned and he was given the bill. He gave apologetic looks to Bowlin and then took out change from his pockets. He might have an intuition that the customer behind him is getting angry.
So he anxiously counts the change and looked at his back, muttered “sorry” and then again started counting. In this entire haphazard scene that elderly man miscounts his change many a time.
He had an idea that the checkout lane is not the right place to count change so his hands were shaking in disarray. This place is made a place of scurrying because customers grab their items and leave the store after paying bills in hastening.
In that situation, the cashier Tracy Conner took charge of the situation. She had been working at Walmart for 12 years.
While Bowlin was witnessing the entire scene the cashier asked the old man not to worry as she is going to help him count money. She said, “It’s not a big problem honey, we will sort this out.” But the old man was still feeling apologetic to Bowlin and Tarry.
After a few minutes, the old man paid his bill and left the mart. But the behavior of Tarry melted the heart of Bowlin and she could not stop thanking her.
Tarry’s response was just amazing as she said that, we have forgotten compassion and love these days.
The story, however, went viral and Tarry told WMC-TV that she has not done something of the box instead; the customer forgot his wallet and had a change which he wasn’t able to count as he flustered up.
I put all the change on the belt and counted which were $2 and some change. She says that if someone is already struggling with some bad situation we should not make it worse for him.
Tarry’s action just stole a number of hearts and told a lesson that we should make the lives easier and should spread love.
