At the same time, the Royal Society of the UK generated a warning for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals stating that any pet owner who is found guilty of trapping their dogs in a car in the heat will be eligible for a massive fine or jail time after they received more than 600 emergency calls stating that a dog is trapped in car.point 270 | 1
Following the same, US State Pennsylvania has implemented a new law for pet owners that states pet parents are not allowed to keep their dogs tied up outside the house in case of extreme hot or cold which means if the temperature is hotter than 90 degrees Fahrenheit or lower than 32 degrees.
The law was created after being inspired by Libre, a dog who was living in terrible conditions and was rescued from the same.
Libre was just 7 weeks old when he was rescued from terrible neglect and abuse by a good-hearted man who decided to call a rescue team. Libre has now recovered from the over deal after days now.
Pennsylvania became the first-ever state in the country to pass a law to save the animals from the harsh weather conditions and also became an inspiration for other states to follow the same footsteps.
The state says that the law passed is an incredible win for the animals who were being completely ignored previously and had to suffer a lot and a lot due to the negligence of humans and their caretakers.
