A Weatherman Forgot To Turn His Funny Face Filters Off While Reporting Live Broadcast

A lot of things can go wrong on a live TV broadcast but none of them can be as funny as what happened with Justin Hinton.

The weatherman was left with an absurd face and hilarious outlook after he accidentally recorded a snow report with some sort of filter turned on in his camera.

The video was broadcasted live.

Poor Hinton had to report weather live on WLOS ABC 13, a local North Carolina TV channel, from Asheville when he unknowingly activated a filter on his face.

The filter showed a number of augmented reality camera tricks during his time live on TV.

During the segment, Hinton was seen wearing a gangster-styled golden chain, having a whole lot of unusual beard and mustache, and at one point, an actual wizard appeared with him.

Top of all were his giant googly eyes. The whole act was more of a comedy video than a weather report.

Acting as a mature person and not a typically easily instigated millennial, Hinton had a good laugh at himself. He told in a Facebook post that he did not know the filter was on when he gave the camera to the photographer to record him for the live broadcast.

In his Facebook post, he wrote: “The photographer I was working with said something about the screen having weird faces,

“He didn’t elaborate, so I said it would probably go away. Needless to say, it did not go away.

“I didn’t realize it until I stepped off camera and saw the comments where people were talking about the faces. My bosses, co-workers, friends, PIOs and more called/texted saying how funny it was.”

He added: “If you can’t laugh at yourself, what’s the point of laughter? I hope you enjoyed the snow day, and remember to smile and laugh!”

People had a nice chuckle at Hinton’s experience. The hilarious act was also covered by NBC’s Today show, giving Hinton national fame.

Someone commented on Hinton’s post: “Loved it so funny. Wish we could see more funny things like that in mist [sic] of all this bad news.”

Another wrote: “That was awesome!! I love it! Thank you so much for the great laugh!!”
