It is a matter of utter shame for humans.
If this is not what is enough to shake the hardest stones in your heart then I will never be able to understand what will be enough to shake your heart.
We have killed one of the largest mammals present on the planet and guess what? It is not the first time it has happened.
The report is coming from Philippines where a whale was found dead with thousands of pieces of plastic trash in its stomach making the trash weigh 80 pounds in total. The poor baby was found washed up on a beach on Friday.
After the discovery, concerned environmentalists said that marine creatures including whales will continue to keep dying if humans do not understand the basic thing that sea is not a dump yard.
It is not the very first incident of it’s kind and yes the waste is going to kill many more creatures but this is the time we take up the responsibility and stop dumping the plastic waste in the sea. It gives an extremely painful death to these innocent creatures.
The whale was found by some museum workers. When the whale was brought in, the scientists said that this whale had the most amount of plastic in its stomach then they have ever seen before.
It had 16 sacks of rice and numerous shopping bags in the stomach. The people who found the whale dead stated the discovery as disgusting.
They have also urged and made a request to the government around the world to put more concern in the cleaning process of the sea to save these creatures.
Governments around the world have already taken up the responsibility and thousands of other NPO’s are also working for the same motive but it still takes a lot of time.
To make it rapid, the least we can do is not make any waste on the beach and clean the beaches as often as we can. Our little efforts can save the world and the beauty of our oceans.
If you do not wish to do it then the time is near when the oceans will be full of plastic wastes and dead creatures.
