We all know that the most important thing to avoid while reducing weight is fat.

If we want to achieve our goal we should stop eating fat because fat can cause the flab. Apparently, this is a misconception. In fact, our body needs fat in order to survive. Fat from foods, healthy fat is necessary to stay healthy. You should reduce the fat intake, but living without fat can cause some serious harm to your body.

1 Vitamin Deficiency: Our body needs vitamins, there are vitamins that are fat-soluble, namely A, D, E, and K. If you’re not taking required fat in your diet, it will be difficult for you to absorb those vitamins.

2 Lack of Essential Fatty Acids: We all know about the importance of essential fatty acids, which are actually fats that the body uses, but we cannot produce naturally. Essential fatty acids, including linolenic acid and alpha-linolenic acid, are essential requirements for the body to facilitate hormone production, it needs to control some bodily processes.

3 Imbalanced Hormone: If there is no required fat in your body, you cannot produce the right amount of testosterone and estrogen hormones. Women can have abnormal menstrual cycles while having poor bone health.

5 We should avoid saturated fat and trans fat. If we avoid eating foods that have these unhealthy fats, we can gain several benefits, such as: Avoiding trans fats, it can lower your low-density lipoproteins (LDL), known as bad cholesterol. This lowers your risk for heart attack.

We should know what to avoid and what to eat when it comes to foods with fat. Eat natural and fresh foods as much as you can, while avoiding snack crackers, pastries, breaded chicken strips, and frozen pizza. I know these foods are tempting, but for the little enjoyment, we cannot take risks with our health. Because only a healthy body gives you a healthy and long living life.
