In honor of Princess Charlotte’s special day, Prince William and Kate Middleton shared an adorable photo of the young royal in a charming gingham dress.
They also thanked people for their sweet messages to the birthday celebrant, and said: “Thank you for all your lovely messages on Princess Charlotte’s fifth birthday!
“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share a new photograph of Princess Charlotte, taken by The Duchess this April.”
The main Instagram of the Royal Family also paid tribute to the young princess, writing: “Happy Birthday to Princess Charlotte who is celebrating her 5th birthday today!”
Adorable photos of the princess, including two that featured the Queen, were also shared online.
“Happy birthday!! Have fun with your family,” one Royal fan wrote.
“Absolutely gorgeous. And so well captured,” another wrote. “Happy Birthday our Little Princess,” A third added.
New photos were also released showing the youngster delivering homemade pasta to residents isolating at home due to COVID-19 pandemic.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge cooked the food with the help of their children at home in Norfolk. They delivered out over a dozen bags of delicious meals to vulnerable people and local OAPs.
It is understood what Prince William and Kate were also joined by 6-year-old George and 2-year-old Louis on their rounds.
The Royal Family spent 2-and-a-half hours delivering meals, with adorable pictures showing the princess sorting out the precious bags.
The couple have been staying at their Norfolk home since the social isolation guidelines came into force.
Staff at Sandringham have also been cooking and delivering meals for vulnerable people and pensioners since the coronavirus lockdown was imposed.
