The season is as harsh as Voldemort was to Harry Potter and his family. Sorry for the reference but I could not relate it to anything else.

You cannot walk out whenever you want. You will always have to be under so many layers of clothes and you will never be able to breathe without your nose getting as cold as ice.
There are times when I love cold, but most of the time we don’t. But we are not the only ones in the house that are just tortured by the winters.
Our beloved pet dogs also suffer from the harshness of the season.
