A 94-Year-Old Woman Celebrates Her Birthday by Going for Skydiving


All the older people always have something on their bucket list, which they need to fulfill just like Eila Campbell.

Eila, a 94-year-old woman from Williamsport, Penn, wanted to celebrate her birthday by doing skydiving with her granddaughter and great-granddaughter.

Eila said that now that she is 94, so probably she won’t have another year to fulfill her wish and that’s why it’s better if it is done now.

She did skydiving from a 10000-footfall with a speed of 120 miles per hour, and throughout her fall, she remained cool and calm. Skydiving is always a great experience as you are jumping from a great height from a plane.

It’s thrilling and a life-changing experience all at once.

After the experience, Eila said that the free fall was so amazing with the breezy wind. It was an excellent experience for her, and if given a chance, then she would want to do it again.

Eila’s granddaughter, Sara Schuelke and great-granddaughter Jess Fox also jumped after her with a skydiving instructor.

As Eila wanted to do it for the longest time in her life, the granddaughter said that it was one experience she wouldn’t want to miss with her granny.

Skydiving is one of the most thrilling adventure sports which is in almost every person’s bucket list like Eila.

The group went to Above the Poconos Skydivers, and the owner, Don Keller who holds a Guinness record for the most parachute descents said that he has never seen anyone who is this old jump from the plane so high.
