A 24-year-old Disneyland worker has passed away in a horrific traffic accident involving a truck and a series of cars.
The tragic incident took place in Lincolnshire, England, where Courtney Davies was driving on the A15 road with her car when she got involved in a major traffic accident involving a truck and three cars.
After the crash, the 24-year-old was pronounced dead on the scene despite emergency services rushing to the crash site in an attempt to save her life.
As Courtney’s family explained in a statement, the Disneyland worker, who moved from Kentucky, USA, to England together with her family, lived a “remarkable life.”
“Courtney worked at Disneyland, Florida and was an events manager at the time of her death. She also had a lovely singing voice and sang all the time,” the family expressed.
“She brought light, joy and a smile to everyone she met and will be greatly missed by her family, friends and colleagues.”
Speaking of the tragic accident that took place on A15 on Monday, a Lincolnshire Police spokesperson urged the people to contact the authorities if they have any information relevant to the deadly accident.
“We are appealing for anyone who was traveling on the A15 north of Caenby Corner immediately prior to the collision and may have seen any of the vehicles involved, or has dashcam footage or the collision itself. We would like to hear from you if you have any information that could assist the inquiry,” the spokesperson said.
