A woman has been accused of killing her best friend and kidnapping her newborn baby.

33-year-old Magen Fieramusca faked pregnancy before killing her best friend and then kidnapped her best friend’s newborn baby and told everyone it’s her own.

Heidi Broussard was found dead in the trunk of a car parked in Fieramusca’s driveway in Houston, Texas while Broussard’s one-month-old baby Margot was found alive.

Fieramusca told everyone that she had recently given birth to a baby girl and named her Luna Mae.

Fieramusca and Broussard’s mutual friend Caressa Nolte told Jay 4 Justice: “I talk to Magen every day. She’s been like sick over this. She just had a baby and she’s breastfeeding. Her name is Luna Mae…. she’s 15 days old, 16 days old.”

However, she had never met the baby.

Fieramusca and Broussard met at a church camp when they were 11 and have been friends since then.

After Heidi dropped her six-year-old child Silas off at school, she disappeared. Her body was found dead in the trunk of a car parked in Fieramusca’s driveway in Houston, Texas.

An autopsy revealed that Heidi died from ligature strangulation.

Her fiancé Shane Carey and parents Tammy and David Broussard said in a statement: “We miss all of them very much, and we want them home. Heidi wouldn’t do this, there’s no way…She loves her son Silas and she would never do this, and she would never take Margot down those stairs without her carrier and have her strapped in and her diaper bag strapped to her back.”

Fieramusca has been charged with two counts of kidnapping and one count of tampering with a corpse.

Officials believe that Fieramusca’s baby is actually Broussard’s baby Margot but they are waiting for confirmation.

Currently, Margot is in the care of Child Protective Services.
