The Canadian yoga instructor broke Guinness World Record by planking for more than four hours.
Dana Glowacka planked for four hours and 20 minutes, breaking the record of the previous Guinness World Record for a female plank by almost an hour.
Dana told that her very first plank lasted only four minutes. But she worked hard and came second in the 2016 International World Cup Plank Challenge in Beijing as she planked for two hours and five minutes.
