A woman shared a video asking if the way her man eats pizza is acceptable and viewers threatened to call the cops.
Posting a clip on Reddit, the wife said that her husband runs a slice of pizza under the faucet to ‘cool it down’ before taking a bite.
“In college my husband and I would make oven pizzas and he would run his slices under the water fountain to cool it down faster. He says it didn’t change the taste and was still good,” she wrote.
The wife said she had tried to forget her husband’s habit until he did it again. She then shared a shocking video of him holding his slice of pizza under the running water before eating it.
“Typical time frame is pizza is pulled out of oven, after 2-3 mins he cuts it, then immediately runs his slice under water. Crust doesn’t get very wet,” she said.
“He’s currently doing it in the kitchen sink, which is what reminded me of it in college. He said it’s good and he doesn’t have shame,” the wife added.
Her post gained more than 4,000 comments, with one person commenting: “I’m calling the police.”
Another wrote: “Please take this seriously. He needs putting down. If he’s let out into the wild some other family will adopt him and they won’t know what they’re getting into.”
A third added: “That’s…that’s illegal.”
Someone else said: “Italians are probably trying to pass a joint resolution at the UN to denounce this and consider it a hate crime.”
Another commented: “Go to a priest or something, your husband is cursed.”
