With the widespread of coronavirus, everyone is scared.
So people have started to restrict walking out of the house unless they need to buy something extremely important and urgent like food and toilet paper.
This incident happened in Woolworths supermarket located in the west of Sydney as people are frantically buying stuff in panic.
The store owners around the country say shelves of tissue roles are left barren with customers buying tissues frantically.
This is when the incident happened on Wednesday in the afternoon around 1:30 p.m. A woman and a man got into a fight over the pack of toilet paper rolls and the woman took out a knife.
The incident called up for police and about 6 policemen were present at the scene.
The staff of the supermarket says they have no idea what had happened and why the woman took out the knife.
They said that they saw the investigators talking to the woman but it seems like she was having trouble communicating so they could not understand what happened exactly.
With the fear of the coronavirus, the conditions are the same around the country as panicked customers are raiding the shelves of the supermarket for buying toilet paper roles, wheat, rice, sanitizers, soaps, bottled water, and other essential items.
As a result, he supermarkets are now forced to impose a rule. The supermarkets have created a rule that says every customer is only allowed to buy 4 or less than 4 packets of tissue roles because the market is now struggling with a shortage of packets of tissues.
If you haven’t got the emergency and cleaning essentials, it is time to go and buy them now and protect yourself and your family from coronavirus.
