On February 11, Deborah Brown tried her luck and won the Virginia lottery 30 times in just one day.
Brown from Richmond won the lottery 30 times after she purchased 30 Pick 4 tickets with the same combination: 1,0,3 and 1.
She initially bought tickets with the exact combination at a gas station in Chesterfield County. Speaking about her amazing experience, she said: “A couple of times during the day, I saw those numbers.”
So that day, she decided to buy more tickets at the same location.
The Pick top prize for $1 play is $5,000. Drawings are held every day at 1:59 pm and 11 pm.
On that day, each of her 30 plays won the top prize, giving her $150,000!
“I nearly had a heart attack,” she expressed, according to a statement from Virginia Lottery.
The chances of matching all four numbers in order are 1 in 10,000, said the agency. The statement said Brown doesn’t have plans yet for her winnings but she is planning to revamp her house.
