Have you ever tried to cross a busy bustling street alone? It is a tough task, isn’t it? With cars rushing up and down with all their speed, it often scares the pedestrians and forces them to stick to the sidelines.
Yes, there is a chance to cross the street when the light turns red but the traffic is usually so stuck and entangled that it takes time to be able to gather courage and finally cross the line of danger.
You are a person with your limbs and all your senses working perfectly fine, and it is still so hard on you. Imagine what it would be like for a person who does not have their senses. And I am mentioning eyes here.
Yes, this is a true incident that happened on a bustling crossing in Vegas.
Blind people often take themselves as self-sufficient for every task they have to do, even when it comes to crossing a street. Rather than asking for help each time, they prefer doing it on their own.
One such man was crossing the Vegas intersection of S. Rainbow Boulevard and W. Warm Springs Road where cars were clubbed into the streets as the light turned red. The man got his hint and started moving.
A woman who was in the traffic inside her SUV saw the man and instantly jumped to help him cross the road. The two then passed the traffic.
This incident got captured on a dash cam of a car and it was then shared on social media. According to the reports, Jacob Sanders was the user who first shared this video on Reddit, where it gained popularity and soon became a viral video.
The woman in the video received praises from thousands of users and people discussed over how only one person got out to help the blind man and there was no one else who was kind enough to even offer the help.
