Most people listen to music, watch movies, hang out with friends or visit spas to alleviate stress.

A good body massage is also among the list of the best ways to relax after school or work.

But a 27-year-old woman shared her unique way of de-stressing after a long, tiring day, and it is creeping everyone out!

Tarni Roebuck from Queensland pampers herself by letting an eight-legged poisonous spider crawl all over her face!

She first got into arachnids four years ago and finds it therapeutic to have spiders crawl all over her head.

“I feel relaxed and often excited especially if I am handling one of my favourite species or a particularly large spider,” she shared.

“Spending time with spiders is something I absolutely love, and it also helps me de-stress and remember to enjoy my surroundings.

“I love them because they are just so fascinating. I mean who wouldn’t want to have eight legs and an endless supply of butt rope?”

Even though it seems risky to let poisonous critters crawl on your face, she makes sure she doesn’t bring them to parties.

She also said that she has never been bitten by a spider despite letting them spend a lot of time on her body.

Mrs. Roebuck is also hoping her videos on Instagram will help people face their fears.

“If you want to overcome a fear of spiders my advice is to start by observing them,” she shared.

“My aim is to promote the appreciation of spiders and encourage people to seek to understand them rather than fearing them.

“Many spiders are killed unnecessarily, and I am urging people to catch and release them outside rather than killing them.”
