The video of a woman belting out Michael Jackson’s famous single ‘Rock with you’ on a Subway Train in New York has become a sensational hit.
The woman was able to get most of the passengers aboard the train, and she had the most beautiful voice. The video was shared on Twitter by Luxe Noiir. The woman was holding a microphone in her hand as she switches to the second verse of the song.
She was trying to get the passengers into the mix, so when she gets to the chorus, she requested the passengers to help her out.
She sings the title line ‘I wanna rock with you’ and then points the mike towards the passengers as they chant ‘all night.’
The woman and the passengers continue with the back-and-forth for the rest of the chorus. The passengers were seen humming to the tunes and bopping their heads to the music as the woman continued with her song.
Luxe Noiir captioned the video – Shorty snapped on the train tonight that garnered thousands of likes, more than 3 million views and was shared over 70,000 times.
Several social media users tried to track her down and after several tries, the woman from the subway was identified as Naiika Sings. She confirmed that the woman who sang on the subway was her.
Well, she is a raw talent that needs a little bit polishing and who knows she can emerge as a world-renowned singer.
