The woman who grabbed the baby from the arms of the woman was a cashier who was calculating at the supermarket.
The US Media Inside Edition recently reported the story of Rebecca Montano, a woman who saved a baby from her mother who collapsed on the spot.
Rebecca, a woman working as a supermarket cashier in Colorado, was having an ordinary day.
At that time, a young mother and a baby came in to the shop.
The moment the mom put a drink on the counter and greeted Rebecca, Rebecca felt a chill up her spine.
Rebecca noticed an ominous sign and quickly snatched the baby in her arms.
As soon as Rebecca grabbed the baby, the mom fell down hard.
The mom had a seizure because of an epilepsy.
Since Rebecca immediately reported to the paramedics, the mom was able to get emergency treatment quickly, so she woke up safely.
Police responded, “Thanks to her excellent judgment, both baby and mother was safe,” and praised Rebecca.
The mom, after recovering from the seizure, also thanked Rebecca.
Rebecca said, “I am also a grandmother with a granddaughter, and I thought the safety of the baby was the first thing.”
Epilepsy is a chronic disease in which seizures occur repeatedly despite the absence of causative factors that may cause seizures.
