Wisconsin lady can’t thank her pet more for detecting her ovarian cancer.

There were assumptions that dogs possess a special power to sense certain ailments, sensations in human and this piece is a lively proof of something similar.

Stephanie Herfel becomes somewhat sentimental while telling the story of her dog detecting her cancer all the four times it attacked back and she suffered from it.

The unusual behavior of Sierra, the husky made her feel that there was something wrong with her health.

Sierra kept sniffing her owner’s belly several times till she has finally passed on the message that something was wrong with her health. 

Sierra’s feats started in the year 2013, just after she was diagnosed with Madison native with just the first sate of ovarian cyst.

Her family has been taken to the doctor for several medical tests but she was sent back home, suggested rest and prescribed simply pain relief medications. But Sierra continued with her behavior which made Herfel alert. 

The unusual behavior of the pet was not put into attention till a day when she finally hid behind a closet in the house curling into a ball.

She had a wet nose and face and disturbed expression. These are the signs that an animal is worried about something or sensing something adverse on the way.

This is the day when she decided to go for a second opinion from a health professional. It was detected that she was suffering from the third stage of ovarian cancer.

She then underwent a six months treatment.

Cancer kept coming back spreading to the livers and it was the fourth time again when Sierra diagnosed the symptoms in her before any medical attention.

She takes Sierra as a gift from God and has played a key role in saving her life many times now.
