On Friday, her family filed a writ to safeguard her legal rights following the occurrence in 2018.

Legal manager at Arnold Thomas and Becker Aki Munir claims she was hurt in a “road accident due to the negligence of the defendant” and is now suing for damages.

Ms Munir informed the Herald Sun that the action centers on a road accident in which the plaintiff was seriously hurt. The writ is being filed to protect her entitlements in the event of her untimely demise.

He further added, “The injuries are horrific. Horrific. She’s brain-damaged. It’s pelvic, her arms, legs, back, neck – there’s hardly a thing that’s not broken. I just can’t work out how the hell so much damage has been done”.
