You might have seen disable persons with a loose hope and living their lives which we take pity on. Here we have an example for you who have totally negated the idea of being disabled. Alex Dacy who is 25 years of age and belongs to Chicago has proved that disability is no hindrance. Alex had spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) when she was born.
Alex had a genetic disease that led to mobility issues and due to this disease, her muscles started wasting. Doctors told that she will not be able to walk and further told that she will only live for two years. But she survived and now she is an entrepreneur.
Alex has put up her disability and lives her life happily by trading the products.
She spreads awareness and positivity among the disabled.Alex has started a body positivity movement and runs a page with the name of “wheelchair rapunzel”.
As she wants all the disabled to take part in that ongoing movement so she poses her pictures that too in underwear.
Alex wants disabled persons to enjoy their lives. She wants to represent the disabled in that body positivity movement and for that purpose, she has created her Instagram account. She uploads a variety of pictures wearing nude and appealing dresses. She is receiving a number of comments on her pictures she, however, uses captions and hashtags such as sexy and bold to attract more public.
She sells various clothes such as T-shirts, caps, hoodies and all that cool stuff although according to her she is not a designer she wants the disabled persons to wear whatever they want. In one of her pictures, she wore a thong just to show that disabled persons also want to show off.
Her products usually attribute the stuff such as ‘disabled bodies matter, ‘aims to make people confident’, and ‘love your genes’.
She just wants to support the disabled community at large.
Her mother Jackie is proud of her daughter’s work. She says that whenever Alex send any order happiness is reflected on her face and seeing her happiness I feel so comfortable and joyous.
