When doctors and literally everyone says that you should not take stress because it is extensively unhealthy for you, they mean it and not listening to doctors and people around you can have consequences.
This nutritionist woke up one day only to find half of her face paralyzed. She got paranoid and ran to the doctor who told her that the cause of it was the stress she had been loading in her mind and that there is nothing she can do about it.
29 years old Danielle Ferguson from California woke up one day with cold-like symptoms. She started feeling lethargic and very tired but had no cough or fever.
She started feeling her tongue getting numb and her jaw was stuck and in extreme pain just like someone had punched her.
The next morning as she woke up, the right side of her face was stuck on one side, yes it was paralyzed. Her parents wasted no time and rushed her to the emergency room.
The doctor examined her and announced it was Bell’s palsy and asked her orally to get some steroids and anti-virals.
The doctor said her condition was because of stress. The doctor told her that there is nothing she could do about her condition but she was not ready to accept it.
She tried several different therapies to get better and improve her condition but nothing worked.
Her condition made her shy away from the strangers but she did not stop. She went on her Instagram and shared her story with her 12,000 followers.
There were so many people who had been through the same and who could relate to her and felt comfortable with her story.
She worked hard and got back on being herself. She does not shy away anymore and has accepted her the way she is and for who she is.
