A TikTok user has come up with a clever trick of checking what her boyfriend is doing while browsing his phone.
The woman, who goes with the handle @tiffanykristenxo, uploaded the video on her TikTok account and captioned it with: “What should I do guys? #cheater #cheatersgetcaught #comedy”.
In the video, Tiffany can be seen sitting opposite her boyfriend on the couch when she placed a small mirror on her foot that gave her a perfect view of what he was looking at on his phone screen.
The boyfriend could be seen scrolling through photos of beautiful women in bikinis on his Instagram feed, the video shows.
While there is nothing wrong with the boyfriend checking out other women on his phone, the problematic thing is the fact that he lied about it.
When Tiffany asked him about what he was checking on his phone, the boyfriend replied: “Cars.”
Tiffany then asked him what kind of cars were catching his full attention, wherein he explained that it was the ‘exotic’ type of vehicle.
The boyfriend then said in the video that he ‘always wanted’ an exotic car, however, Tiffany’s mirror shows that he’s zooming into images of a woman in a red bikini.
When she asked to see what exotic car he was looking at, the boyfriend swiftly turned his phone around and showed a nice blue Bugatti.
But the mirror revealed that Tiffany’s boyfriend changed the apps on his phone from Instagram into another app moments before he tried to prove that he’s checking out exotic cars.
After he showed the cars to Tiffany, he brought the phone back and went straight back to Instagram to continue looking at the women.
Tiffany’s video has been viewed more than 15 million times on TikTok and many commenters insisted that it’s a big red flag.
“For everyone saying it’s not cheating, you’re right but he obviously knows he’s being disrespectful otherwise he wouldn’t be hiding it and lying about it,” one person commented.
“This makes me mad at mine and he ain’t even doin nothing,” another one has added.
“It’s not cheating but it’s straight DISRESPECTFUL,” a third one wrote.
At the time of this writing, it’s still yet to be cleared if the video was real or staged to get social media attention.
