Two women climbed over the counter and attacked a worker at a Burger King branch on Kingsbury Road in Erdington, Birmingham.
A witness named Dylan Allden filmed the shocking moment when two women attacked a Burger King worker in front of a terrified girl.
The girl started crying as she was shocked after seeing what happened right in front of her.
She yells: “Don’t talk to her like that!”
Another customer then can be seen throwing something at the Burger King worker across the counter.
The item hit a Burger King worker.
The second customer yelled: “I DON’T GIVE A F*CK! AND WHAT? AND WHAT?”
A Burger King spokesperson told The Sun Online after the incident: “We can confirm an incident occurred over the weekend at one of our restaurants.
We’re providing support for our staff and working closely with the police to support them in their investigations.”
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said that Police are investigating the incident. They urged to provide information by calling 101.
The incident comes after KFC installed metal barriers on their counters to protect their staff members from customers after a customer attacked one of their workers in Birmingham.
And after the incident, KFC decided to install wire fences on their counters to protect staff from its customers.
The metal barriers are placed from the counter to the ceilings to prevent customers from jumping over the counter.
The spokesperson said: “Something happened a few months ago.
It’s for our safety, a few months ago a girl jumped over and hit one of the staff members.
So they just put it up for safety. It was put up in August.”
