A female cop who works for Essex Police has slammed a grandmother for calling women in police uniforms “unattractive to men”.
PC Rosie Finnis came across a Twitter post by a Twitter account called The Transformed Wife, run by Lori Alexander.
The offensive post read: “I’m not sure how men could be attracted to women dressed as men like female police officers and females in the military.”
“These are men’s jobs. If they weren’t, then women could dress like women in these jobs but they can’t. Stick to being feminine, women.”
PC Finnis was left shocked after she saw the tweet. She hit back saying this is one of the most offensive things she’s ever read and said she’s not here for men to find her attractive.
PC Finnis wrote: “I am confident when I say, there’s not a female police officer that joined the job because the uniform is flattering.”
“To minimise the work we do down to a uniform is appalling.”
Twitter users supported PC Finnis and slammed the grandma for her offensive tweet.
Despite being slammed, The Transformed Wife didn’t back down and continued shaming the women in uniforms.
She said she feels sad when mothers are taken away from their babies for months.
She also said that she is being criticized because she wants Christian women to be feminine and not to go after male-dominated, masculine jobs.
She wrote: “Many are angry with me for saying that I’m not a fan of women being in the military & police force, but the blurring of the s*xes has been catastrophic for our culture.”
“Children having ‘gender confusion’ & men beating women in their own sports. This is the end game of feminism.”
Twitter users slammed the woman and told her she is living in 1950. They called her ignorant and said a woman in uniform is just as beautiful as other women.
