The same happened with a woman who said that a UPS worker actually followed the request of her doormat as she asked to hide packages from her husband.
This delivery man has definitely got the best sense of humor, and he became the subject of entertainment after showing his humorous side.
Ebony Freeman who lives in Texas, recently clicked a funny photo which shows her package putting beneath the rug on either side.
“Oh my god look! The UPS guy actually hid it under the rug! ????,” she wrote on Facebook, tagging friend Amanda Harper, who’d bought her the mat as a gift.
The Internet has power to make things viral and same happened with Ebony’s post.
”I instantly laughed and the first thing I did was send [a picture] to Amanda before posting it to Facebook,” Ebony told Good Morning America. ”I had no clue it was going to get that much traction.”
Ebony said that she asked to hide packages from her husband in a fun way but they actually delivered doormat reading “Please hide packages from husband” sitting beneath her front door.
“I have a package a day coming from Amazon but he thinks it’s funny,” she said.
Harper told “GMA” she bought the doormat off Etsy, where the seller is “super stoked” about the viral attention.
Ebony said she already has a funny doormat on order ahead of the holiday season — one that sings “Here Comes Amazon” to the tune of “Here Comes Santa Claus.”
