Human livers are uncertain, and you never know what might happen in your life the next moment.
It can be surprising or terrifying and sometimes, both.
Steve and Louise’s Price built their dream home with all that they had. They have worked hard to earn every penny that went into building that home.
Soon their dream home was ruined by two monstrous lamp posts and a shortfall of grass that was built in the wrong place.
It is quite clear from the pictures that the lamppost was built in the wrong place that was dangerous for the home and the family members as well.
The row began when the builders told the couples that a lamppost had been put in the wrong place and they were afraid to find the lost chunk of huge grass.
The first lamppost was put on the right side of the garden, facing the house. This was put up when the family moved into the house with their son Charlie.
The post was supposed to be placed on the left-hand side, and still, nothing has been done to fix the situation.
Crest Nicholson, the developers, initially offered the family a compensation of £15,000. They told them that they would have to give up a 19-inch strip of land as the council needs to maintain the post.
Mr. Price confirmed that following a long legal fight, Crest Nicholson withdrew the offer of compensation. After three years of the legal war, the builders have finally built another lamppost.
The couple is now refusing to let the council take up the wrongly placed post before the developers pay up the compensation.
Mr. Price added that his family is scared that in their absence, the developers would come and take off the lamppost without paying off our compensation for the loss of land.
