According to TMZ, the man had been fighting the killer bug for several days before passing away at a Pasadena hospital.

While Mr. Ghazarian’s age suggested he was too young to suffer fatal consequences of COVID-19, his underlying conditions, including asthma and testicular cancer, made his infection that much more critical.

As the man’s family revealed, Jeffrey had begun experiencing symptoms of coronavirus infection shortly after his multi-day trip to Orlando where he attended a conference and visited Walt Disney World.

On March 7, five days after returning from his trip to Orlando, the 34-year-old began suffering from a fever and cough which was later accompanied by clots of blood.

After he was rushed to the ER, Jeffrey got tested for COVID-19 whereas an X-ray scan revealed he had been suffering from pneumonia.

Following prescriptions, the doctors sent the man back home and ordered him to self-quarantine until the test results were ready.

On March 13, the test results came back positive and Jeffrey was once again dismissed from the hospital after doctors provided him with an oxygen meter.

Just hours later, however, his condition has worsened and he once again ended up in a hospital where doctors placed him in a medically-induced coma.

“He suffered a lot and put up a good fight. We will miss our Jeff everyday but we are thankful for all the fun happy memories of the times we had together,” Jeffrey’s sister said in an interview with TMZ.
