1 Upset stomach
There can be many reasons for an upset stomach, but it can also be one of the reasons for your liver being damaged. Vomiting and nausea are the most common symptoms if they are persistent. When the liver’s ability to eliminate toxins decreases, people experience persistent nausea.
2 Fatigue
Feeling constantly tired and weak is one of the common symptoms of a damaged liver. When the liver is damaged, your body will not function properly because the liver will not be able to eliminate the toxins. This results in frequent fatigue and weakness.
3 Loss of appetite

8 Abdominal pain
